Custom software · Málaga

CRM, ERP and platforms built for the way you work

We build custom business systems for small companies: written from scratch, with the modules your business needs and none of the ones it doesn't. We don't implement third-party suites and we don't sell licences — we write the software ourselves and it belongs to you.

In-house team in Málaga · Delivered in phases · The code and the data are yours

Sound familiar?

The signs that a business has outgrown its tools — or that the tools were never really its own.

The business runs on a handful of spreadsheets only one person fully understands.
You pay for an expensive package you use 20% of — and the part you need isn't in it.
The same data gets typed three times: in the email, in the spreadsheet, in the invoice.
Finding out how the month is going means asking three different people.
The software forces a way of working that isn't yours, so nobody uses it properly.
Growing is expensive: every new hire is another monthly licence.

What we build

Complete systems, not mockups. Each one designed around how the business actually runs.

Custom CRM

Customers, opportunities and sales follow-up using the stages and fields of your pipeline, not a vendor's. Quotes, reminders and alerts when something stalls.

Custom ERP

Internal operations at small-business scale: orders, stock, suppliers, costs and invoicing. The modules you need, without the rest — which is exactly what makes suites expensive and heavy.

Booking and operations platforms

Catalogue, live availability, online payment, handover control and settlement with the partners involved in delivering the service.

Client portals

A private area where your client checks their quotes, contracts and invoices, and raises support tickets without picking up the phone.

Dashboards and reporting

The numbers that matter on one screen, updating on their own — instead of a spreadsheet somebody rebuilds every Monday morning.

Integrations

Making the new system talk to what you already use: invoicing, payment gateway, messaging, your website and the tools you're not going to replace.

What we don't do

Saying it plainly saves everyone time — and stops us being mistaken for something we aren't.

We don't implement or resell third-party management suites. We are not a partner of any software vendor and we don't sell anyone's licences. If your case is better solved by a tool that already exists, we'll tell you instead of selling you a build.
We don't run multinational projects. No eighteen-month corporate rollouts. Our projects are at small-business scale and arrive in phases you can actually use.
We don't sell blocks of hours. We work to an agreed scope at a fixed price per phase, so you know what you're getting and what it costs before we start.
We don't add AI for the look of it. Only where it genuinely saves work. If a plain rule solves the problem, we use a plain rule.

How we work

In short phases, so you're using something early and can judge whether to continue.

Process analysis

We sit down with you and with whoever will actually use the system, and map how you work today — not how the manual says you should. That's where the scope and the order of work come from.

Scope and fixed price

You get what's in each phase, what isn't, and what it costs, before a line of code is written. If something is better solved by buying a tool than building one, we say that too.

First phase in production

We start with whatever hurts most and put it to work on real data. Your team uses it and tells us what's wrong while the rest is still being built.

Extension and maintenance

The system grows with the business. You get a support channel with ticket tracking, and changes are agreed the same way as the original build: in phases, at a known price.

Why custom

🎯

Your process

The software adapts to how you work, not the other way round.

🔑

You own it

The code and the data are yours. No per-user monthly fee.

🧩

No filler

Only what you use. No modules you pay for and nobody opens.

📈

Grows with you

Extended in phases, as and when the business asks for it.

What we've built

We build complete platforms — and some of them we run as our own products.

IMANE is our product in production: an AI platform that captures and manages the leads coming from a website and from Telegram, with its own dashboard for conversations, contacts and team. It is built entirely in-house and sold as a service from €49/month. You can see it in detail here.

This very site runs one of our systems. The Málaga Consulting client area — quotes, contracts, invoices and support tickets with automatic AI triage — was built by us on the same foundation we use for client work. We use it daily before proposing it to anyone else.

We also build custom platforms for other sectors: rental and booking with online payment and partner settlement, mobile ordering for hospitality, and membership and subscription management. We go through the specifics of each project on the first call, where we can talk about cases close to yours.

Tell us about your process

Half an hour, no strings. We'll tell you whether your case calls for a custom build, whether something off the shelf solves it, or whether now isn't the moment. All three are real answers.

Frequently asked questions

Does Málaga Consulting build CRM and ERP systems?

Yes. We build custom CRM and ERP systems for small and medium businesses, written from scratch around each company's real process. What we don't do is implement or resell third-party management suites: we are not a partner of any software vendor and we don't sell licences. If your case is better solved by a tool that already exists on the market, we'll say so instead of selling you a build.

What's the difference between a custom CRM and an off-the-shelf one?

An off-the-shelf CRM arrives with its process already decided and your team adapts to it; you usually pay per user and for modules you never open. A custom CRM starts from how you work: it holds exactly the fields, stages and automations of your business and nothing else. It pays off when your process is unusual, when the suite forces a way of working that isn't yours, or when the per-user cost climbs as the team grows.

Do you work with multinationals or with small businesses?

With small and medium businesses. Our projects are at that scale: delivered in phases, starting with whatever hurts most, and usable from the first delivery. We don't run eighteen-month corporate suite rollouts.

How much does custom business software cost?

It depends on scope, so it's quoted phase by phase at a fixed price per phase, after an analysis session that defines what's in and what's out. The first 30-minute consultation is free and exists to tell you whether the project makes sense at all.

Do I own the code and the data?

Yes. The software is yours and so is the data. You're not locked into a monthly per-user licence and you don't depend on a vendor deciding to keep the product alive. Ownership of the code and how it's handed over are agreed in writing from the start.

Does it include artificial intelligence?

Only where it earns its place: sorting and prioritising incoming work, drafting text, pulling data out of documents or handling repeated questions. AI is one component of the system, not the point of it. If a plain rule solves the problem better, we use a plain rule.

What happens after delivery?

The software is maintained and keeps evolving. You get a support channel with ticket tracking, and changes are agreed in phases exactly like the original build. We don't disappear at handover.

Note: the scope, timeline and price of a custom build depend on the project and are set after the analysis session. Any figures given beforehand are indicative and do not constitute an offer.
