Is IMANE a CRM?
Not exactly. IMANE has CRM-like modules (leads, contacts, conversation history) but it's designed to start from AI-powered lead capture, not to replace HubSpot or Salesforce. If your business already has a CRM, IMANE pushes qualified leads to it (via API on Pro plan). If you don't have one, IMANE can be all you need to manage your opportunities.
How do I manage my team in IMANE?
Invite team members by email from the "Team" section. Each one logs in with their own account, sees conversations and leads, and works in parallel. Up to 1 user in Starter, 3 in Basis, 5 in Pro and unlimited in Custom. Advanced roles (admin, agent, read-only) on Pro and Custom plans.
Can I export my leads and contacts?
Yes. Basis plan and above include CSV export with one click. On Starter, email info@imane.app and we'll handle it. The data is yours — no exit costs, no lock-in.
How much does IMANE cost?
Four plans starting at €49/month, VAT included. All come with 7 days free, no card required. Full details at imane.app/pricing.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel anytime from your account. You keep the days you've already paid — we don't refund downwards but we don't lock you in either.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. We only ask for a card when you decide to stay after the 7 days. If you don't subscribe, nothing is charged.
What languages does the bot speak?
Spanish by default. On Basis plan and above, also English, French, German and Italian. The bot detects the visitor's language automatically.
Is it secure? What about GDPR?
Yes, we're GDPR compliant. Data lives in European infrastructure, with encryption in transit and at rest, multi-tenant isolation with Row Level Security in Postgres. Anthropic (the company behind Claude) does not use customer data to train its models on the plan we use.
Can I plug it into my WordPress, Squarespace or Wix site?
Yes, on any website. It's 1 line of HTML code. If you're not sure where to paste it, we'll help you.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
Coming for Basis plan and above (Q2 2026). Today IMANE supports web and Telegram on all plans.
Can it book appointments in my calendar?
Google Calendar / Calendly integration is coming with Pro plan. Today the bot captures the appointment request as a lead and emails you to confirm.
Will it make up information about my business?
No. IMANE is specifically trained not to invent. If asked something not in your knowledge base, it answers "I don't have that specific info, leave your details and the team will contact you" — and creates a lead.
Can I configure what the bot must NOT do?
Yes. There's a "what NOT to do" field where you set rules the bot treats as sacred (e.g., "no medical diagnoses", "no confirming prices for special dates without review").
How long until it's ready?
Five minutes until your first message. Fine-tuning (your knowledge base, tone, rules) usually takes a morning.
Is there support in Spanish?
Yes. We're a Spanish team (Málaga). Support during peninsular business hours.
